Sweet Rolls from Weisenberger Pizza Crust Mix

Mix as directed on the package but do not grease the dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle that is approximately 1/8-1/4 inch thick, brush with melted butter, sprinkle heavily with cinnamon sugar, and roll the dough jelly roll style. Slice into 1--inch thick pieces and place cut side down in a greased pan (as your place each one, press slightly to make the sides touch). Cover and let rise 60 minutes. Bake at 350/375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown. Ice, if desired. (3/4 Cup powdered sugar, 1 Tablespoon milk, 1-2 drops vanilla. Mix and swirl over the top of the warm sweet rolls).
Makes approximately 12 sweet rolls.
