The Great taste of whole wheat plus the strength of bread flour makes this the best choice for bread machine or regular recipe use. This is the flour that my grandfather used to bake bread every Saturday here at the mill. Made with whole wheat flour ground from wheat grown here in Kentucky.

Delicious

Just baked my first batch of sourdough bread and what a difference in texture and taste from my usual flour. I cannot believe it’s the same recipe! I can’t wait to try your other flours although if my yeast bread is as tasty as the sourdough I don’t know that I’ll need to.
