Easy and Delicious Muffins!

Just tried the Weisenberger Raspberry Muffin Mix, and wow, these are good!
Couldn't be easier than to mix in 1/2 C. of liquid (we chose milk) and bake for 11 minutes!
Will be buying a case of these mixes, and will try adding a bit of almond extract to the next batch, and top the batter with some sliced almonds. YUM!
