I already love Weisenberger cornmeal, but to find that it fits my granddaughter's need for gluten free breads is outstanding! Weisenberger mills the cornmeal in a separate facility to avoid cross contamination.

Plain White Cornmeal seems to have disappeared from grocery store shelves! Who knew that WEISENBERGER MILL was right down the street, providing high quality plain ground cornmeal? The secret is out! Cornbread made from this cornmeal has been excellent! Will purchase again!!!!
