I'm sorry, but the cornmeal I received seemed to have little flavor and was mildly bitter in a way that isn't always true of cornmeal.

I drive to the mill to purchase this cornmeal and have it shipped to my daughter in Colorado. Outstanding cornmeal worth the extra effort.
