UNBOLTED PLAIN CORNMEAL

Living in CA it’s impossible to find freshly milled corn product. Having been raised in KY and my grandparents living near Midway I grew up eating these products. Our son also has grown up on Weisenberger corn mill. It’s turning to Chili time and that means corn muffins!

Makes the best cornbread!

Not the powdery so called stone ground they sell in the grocery store, even the high end chains. I wouldn't make my cornbread with anything else!

The first time we tried white cornmeal, we were sold. The moistness of cornbread with real butter sold us forever. I use it in everything that calls for cornmeal. Stuffings, dressings. So delicious! It's a real bonus being able to purchase straight from the mill. Thank you!

I have been searching for a premium cornmeal , UNBOLTED) for a while. My family loves cornbread made from fresh stone ground meal. However, most I have found is out of my price range. I decided to take a chance on your meal, and oh my goodness, we are absolutely in love with it. It’s like biting into a piece of cake, but with a bit of a crunch. I am going to make another order soon, as to have it on hand for our large family meals every week. Thanks for such a wonderful product.
