Love the recipes, but one little observation... There are several typos in the book.

Great cookbook

I purchased this cookbook to go with the wonderful Weisenberger white corn meal that I ordered. We thoroughly enjoyed the (flourless) corn muffins I made from the book. Looking forward to trying more of these recipes.
