I used Weisenbergers self rising white cornmeal tonight for supper. I made buttermilk cornbread and it was delicious. It cooks up just like regular meal. I love that the cornmeal is non gmo and self rising. Ive not been able to find cornmeal in the grocery stores where I live that isn't enriched and bioengineered. Thank you Weisenberger Mills for providing quality products with clean ingredients.
