This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

WM's course ground hard whole wheat is a superior flour for all kinds of baked goods. I usually substitute this for about 1/3 the amount of regular bread flour or flour called for in a recipe. Give the baked goods a nice texture. Makes an excellent crust for quiche and tomato pie.
