Rye flour is used for breads, and uses yeast for the leavening agent. Because of its low protein, it is rarely used alone, but requires the use of a white bread flour added.
Made perfect biscuits with a real flavor! Wish I didn't have to go so far to get it, Maybe you'll get drones to drop it off to me .if I LIVE LONG ENOUGH.

I'm so happy I found Weisenberger for my rye flour. I can't find it in the stores anymore and when I bake my bread at Christmas it reminds me of my grandmother.🥰. I made a mistake on my shipping information and they were quick to correct it for me which I very much appreciated.
