I use milk and an egg rather than just water. Beat with a mixer 4 min. Better than homemade.

I have used Weisenberger Spoonbread mix for years. I have found it to be easy to prepare and always turns out perfect. Great with seafood or as a side dish for any meal. If you like a richer taste, add buttermilk or whole milk instead of water. You can’t go wrong with Weisenberger Spoonbread mix.
