As a vegan and whole foodist, I cook A LOT. And I absolutely must have the Weisenberger Bolted White Corn Meal in my pantry. I'm a country gal, and the cornbread goes well with my beans and greens. Plus, there's only one ingredient in the corn meal- corn meal. And that's an ingredient I can pronounce, too. This corn meal, with my cast iron skillet, means the best cornbread, and it's healthy.
