A blend of soft whole wheat and unbleached white bread flours brings out the best of both. The Great taste of whole wheat plus the strength of bread flour makes this the best choice for bread machine or regular recipe use. This is the flour that my grandfather used to bake bread every Saturday here at the mill. Made with whole wheat flour ground from wheat grown here in Kentucky.

This blend is perfect for your daily loaf

My husband can’t get enough of this bread for his daily meals. I use my sourdough starter that I feed weekly with the all purpose flour . I add 1/3 cup of starter and make a sourdough wheat loaf. My husband’s sandwiches are beautiful, I love this product and the results .
