I had always used shorelunch for battering our fresh caught walleye and it is a decent batter, but at a high price. I was recently introduced to the weisenberger brand and it is by far the best fish batter I have ever ate! It is also at a great price! I will also add that it is becoming the preferred brand of our Lake Erie fishing family.
Oh my gosh!! This batter mix is so good I am now buying it in 5 pound bags! I mix it up with Pub Beer and it makes the crispiest, tastiest Fish & Chips ever! Works great on veggies too. Batter fried mushrooms, broccoli and onions are the Best! So grateful I found Weisenberger Products. Everything I have tried has been outstanding!
This fish batter works great in the air fryer! I have tried many different fish batters in the air fryer. This fish batter is by far the best!
