Perfect for fried vegetable batter!

Used with Weisenberger fish batter and beer for fried green tomatoes and banana peppers. The seasoning in the flour added an extra flavor that had been missing.

Your seasoning flour has the right amount of seasoning. I don’t have an add a thing. It’s perfect. I use mainly for fish and chicken.
