Cornmeal

Always bought this cornmeal from krogers,now they do not have it anymore.
I was very happy to find the website,knowing now I can order anytime.
I really love my corn bread made with this cornmeal so good.

What I wanted

I love my pan of cornbread when made with this meal. I’ve tried others from the grocery store. This one just tastes better.

The shipping estimate was an arrival in 3 days by Ground Advantage, but after ordering early Friday morning, it did not arrive until a Tuesday, 11 days later. There was a Monday holiday.

Non GMO cornmeal is rather difficult to find in stores so I asked AI where you could find this kind of cornmeal and it directed me to Weisenberger Mills. I used the recipe on the bag and my cornbread turned out very good and was well pleased with this product. Next time I make cornbread, I am going to add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of extra virgin coconut oil to the batter. I sometimes like to eat cornbread and milk or buttermilk. Thanks for such a fine product!
