All of my purchases from Weisenberger have been processed and shipped quickly. Quality of cornmeal is perfect!

We love Weisenberger white bolted cornmeal for the excellent flavor. Makes flavorful muffins and cornbread as well as awesome anadama bread. It is also great pancakes and waffle, sweet or savory. The grind is not too fine and certainly not coarse.

Fantastic product. I’ve used for quite a while. Extremely fast shipping also. I highly recommend.

I'm sorry, but the cornmeal I received seemed to have little flavor and was mildly bitter in a way that isn't always true of cornmeal.
