Cornmeal

Non GMO cornmeal is rather difficult to find in stores so I asked AI where you could find this kind of cornmeal and it directed me to Weisenberger Mills. I used the recipe on the bag and my cornbread turned out very good and was well pleased with this product. Next time I make cornbread, I am going to add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of extra virgin coconut oil to the batter. I sometimes like to eat cornbread and milk or buttermilk. Thanks for such a fine product!

Been using this cornmeal approximately 50 years for one of my modified hot water corn bread recipes . Bakes crispy on outside and creamy on inside. I can’t find it in my grocery stores any more. Thank you for selling it from your Mill.
