I received the package on time but the cornmeal was not white, rather it was yellowish. See dough below.

I love this cornmeal. I can use a healthy recipe with less salt, lower fat by adding low fat Greek yogurt along with some low fat milk and an egg. The yogurt helps increase the protein. It tastes great no sugar needed and the yogurt helps hold the crumb and keeps the center of the bread moist enough to hold its shape. I can add shredded zucchini or chopped onions or jalapeños too if I want to change the taste some .

I love this cornmeal. It is perfect for everything I need cornmeal for. I LOVE the fact it is locally sourced and ground.
