These corn grits are wonderful. I’ll make a double batch for breakfast and refrigerate the leftovers in a rectangular container. Next morning I’ll turn that “loaf” of grits out on a cutting board and slice it into 1/2” thick pieces. Baste those pieces with oil and put them in an air fryer for 20 min or till they’re browned to your satisfaction.
Nothing beats homemade cheesy grits for breakfast, or a Charleston style shrimp and grits. Best results for me, I do a 50/50 water and milk ratio. Super creamy.

These grits are the best!! My granny owned a restaurant in Lexington from 1968 to 1986 until she passed. When I was a child, we would make trips to the mill to buy flour. I moved from Kentucky to Arizona and I am so happy I can still order all these products and have them shipped.
