Best bread flour

This flour is like magic pixie dust! I use it in whole wheat sourdough bread and pizza crust. The dough is malable and easy to work with. It rises and tastes tender, mild and flavorful. It’s just wonderful!

WM's course ground hard whole wheat is a superior flour for all kinds of baked goods. I usually substitute this for about 1/3 the amount of regular bread flour or flour called for in a recipe. Give the baked goods a nice texture. Makes an excellent crust for quiche and tomato pie.
