Great on Fish, Chicken & Vegetables! It can be used wet or dry, with just enough seasoning to compliment the flavor of the food you are serving. Use in oven, or deep fry.
This batter can be used on multiple things not just fish. Try it on squash, green maters, chicken, shrimp, and so on! I have bought it numerous times over the years. When I can't find it at Piggly Wiggly in West Virginia, I buy it straight from the company. They're great to work with! Dave in Williamstown WV!
