This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

We have been using their wheat bread flour since we lived in Georgetown to make bagels and bread. Now we live in Tennessee we order their flour by mail. Tastes better than the big brand bread flours and makes the most flavorful bread.

All of my dealings with Weisenberger Mills have been great. And their products are first class. I make a fair amount of bread and would not consider using any other brand of flour.
