This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

Best whole wheat flour I've used

I regularly make sourdough bread and like to use a significant amount of whole wheat flour in every loaf. When I ran out of the Weisenberger whole wheat flour, I substituted what I had on hand - organic white whole wheat flour from a good national brand. That batch of bread was not as tasty as my usual loaves, so I immediately placed my order for more Weisenberger coarse whole wheat flour. As usual, my order arrived quickly, so my next loaves were again very tasty and nutritious. I will be careful to avoid running out again!

I love that the flour is fresh and I know where it comes from because I pick it up at the mill. It really is the best bread flour ever!

Lucky!

We are so lucky to be only a short driving distance to such a great mill. I make sandwich bread for my family once a week. I use Weisenberger's white bread flour and their hard whole wheat bread flour. They are both wonderful and it is ready for pick-up soon after I place my order.
