This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

Great for many bakegoods

I get the coarse grind and use it for baking dog biscuits. It gives the biscuits more crunch and fiber. The dogs love it.
