The Weisenberger Mill muffin mixes are very good. They have great flavor without being overly sweet, and a single mix makes 8 normal-sized muffins.

We love the muffins. We do add 3/4 cup of water instead of 1/2 cup to keep them moist.

Kinda dry muffin
I thought they were on the dry side. The only reason I bought 1 10 pk of each was because the shipping cost was the same. Gonna have to Google something to figure out how to remedy these dry muffins.
