SPOON BREAD MIX

The Weisenenberger is the best spoon bread/batter bread ever. I grew up on spoon bread and have gotten lazy in my old age & don't make it from scratch anymore. I tried different mixes & they weren't very good. But then fortunately I found Weisenberger. What a wonderful surprise. Not only is it easy, it is delicious. Please don't ever stop making it. Yours is better than what I used to make from scratch. I highly recommend.

Very good the best spoon bread mix

For years, I've made traditional corn pudding, which requires an arduous water bath for baking. This spoon bread is at least as delicious, if not better. I used the "special recipe" that requires creamed corn, and it was fabulous. It requires simple oven baking and is delicious!! The small package serves 2 to 4 people, so if your feast is for a larger group, please be sure to read the number of portion for each size. It re-heats well, which is also great (if there are any leftovers - LOL!!).

I have enjoyed your spoonbread for years only buying it at a local farmers market. When they were out the last time I went I looked for your information on the last pack I had. Ordered case which I will share with my family!
