I'm just about halfway through with my first bag of your grit and I have to tell you I was really disappointed. I called the mill before ordering to ask about if the were coarse or regular and was told they were indeed coarse so I ordered the 16 lb bale of 8 bags(I love grits)
After opening the package I was kinda disappointed because they were not as coarse as I like but figured I'll give it a try after cooking I found their consistency to be a little coarse than store grits but not to my liking....
I'd prefer them over Quaker or Jim dandy brand but searching online because I don't like those much either.
Would love it if they were coarse so if you ever widen that gap a little let me know.
