Great for sourdough!

I started making sourdough about a year ago and I absolutely love using a mix of this flour with the regular bread flour.

PLEASE make this in the 25lb bags

I mix about 1/4 of this with 3/4 of the white bread flour for my sourdough loaves....and they come out AMAZING every single time. Gives the perfect amount of spring! I only wish they offered this in the 25lb bags!

Best for homemade bread`

I use 5:1 mixture of high gluten bread flour and whole wheat flour to make delicious bread and rolls each week from scratch. Yeast does great with this high gluten flour and, in my exprerience, requires much less kneading to get a great loaf or roll.
