Stone ground from locally grown NON GMO corn. Unbolted cornmeal is unsifted, with a "gritty" texture. Sometimes referred to as "old fashioned" cornmeal.
The yellow has more taste than the white, but is harder to find locally in retail stores, so I bought it directly from the mill. Delivered quickly, but shipping is steep for to 2 five pound bags. Shipping doubled the cost of the cornmeal. Great taste though and worth it

JUST WHAT I COULD NOT FIND LOCALLY
Finally an unbolted corn meal that makes cornbread the way we like it. Too many times the cornmeal was like corn flour. This is course, the way we like it.
