Stone ground from locally grown NON GMO corn. Unbolted cornmeal is unsifted, with a "gritty" texture. Sometimes referred to as "old fashioned" cornmeal.
Finally an unbolted corn meal that makes cornbread the way we like it. Too many times the cornmeal was like corn flour. This is course, the way we like it.

been looking for a year to find the cornbread I grew up with in KY ran out last year it was stone ground back in hazard KY by my grandpa and uncle I bought your stone ground unbolted and it reminded me of my moms and grandmas thank you for the memories I'm 71 yrs old and it is delicious ain't no damn jiffy but real cornbread thanks again

This cornmeal is perfect for making scalded cornbread. You have to use unbolted plain cornmeal, and this worked wonderfully.
