It’s hard to find gluten free white cornmeal, but this is fantastic! It makes perfect cornbread. I love that this is made from non-GMO corn that’s locally sourced. Shipping is super fast, too!

I have tasted a lot of cornmeal over the years & various cornbreads. Due to the fact I can't find cornmeal without flour diluting the mix these days, I took a chance on this. I'm so glad I did & so is my family. This made the best cornbread I have ever tasted in my life & that is saying something as a southerner who has tasted a lot over the years!
