Description

Also known as soft wheat or graham flour. It is best suited for use with baking powder as the leavening agent. We like the taste better than hard wheat bread flour. Use for biscuits, pie crust, soft rolls, and more. Made from soft red winter wheat, grown here in Kentucky.

Soft Whole Wheat Flour

Excellent for pastries, banana bread and the like. I also use 1 part to 2parts hard whole wheat flour and 2 parts bread flour for my home made bread and it is amazing.

late shipping, or lost?
