Love the flour and makes great bread. I have to have it shipped and is pricey but it is what it is there. Wish they offered better options as i would rather wait a little longer and pay less. Still beats buying the store brands though.

I love making different kind of breads with this flour, it keeps them softer for longer without getting all crumbly. Wonderful product!

I've made a couple loaves of bread and both turned out great. I just wish I lived closer to the Weisenberger mill so they didn't have to ship it to me. Worth the money. Made some Jalapeno Cheese bread with it.
