The folks at the mill are great! My order is always ready when they say it will be. I bake as a hobby so I bake a lot; I save a lot of money buying from the mill.

I’m very pleased with the bread flour. I’ve used it for sandwich bread, pizza crust, homemade hamburger buns, etc. and it’s perfect every time. Having this mill roughly 20 miles from our house is also perfect, and I will continue to make my purchases there. The gentleman who waited on me was very personable and helpful.

Makes bread so much lighter and better tasting.
