Great Flour for Making Rye Bread!

For St. Patrick’s Day, I always go to my brothers as he hosts a St. Pats celebration with lots and f Corned Beef, cabbage, potatoes and all the trimmings. This time I decided to make a couple of Rye Bread loaves using Weisenberger Rye flour to take to the celebration. They turned out great! My brother had bought some store bought Rye bread but everyone ate the loaves I made!

Great Rye Flour

Bought this for my dads sourdough bread making. According to him, this is the best rye flour he has used thus far. The grind is perfect. Makes a great started and has made a perfect loaf of bread each time. He can hardly keep up with the family's requests. So glad to have found your flour.
