This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

Won't use anything else!

I started making bread during COVID and with Weisenberger Mill just down the road, I started there to find good ingredients. WOW! This flour is like no other. It imparts such a great flavor to my breads, which have expanded from feeding my family into Christmas presents as well. I mix several flours and they always turn out great. I like supporting a local, family business and love going to the Mill itself to buy the flour. You can't beat the quality, the price or the service.

Good flour

I’m not a pro however they asked for a review. I liked the flour. I want hard red wheat flour because I found out that’s what the pancake house uses. It’s finely ground. It was delivered very fast. I’ve made a loaf of bread (1/3 hard red wheat and 2/3 artesian bread flour ) and some pancakes out of it. I feel better. Like, It’s more nutritious, but I don’t know if that’s true.
