Description

Our choice for most home baking. It is used with baking powder as the leavening of choice, and can be used for rolls with yeast. Can be used for cakes, but is not recommended for bread baking.

Ground from soft red winter wheat grown in Kentucky.

The protein level of this flour is around 8-8.5%, great for making biscuits, muffins, cakes, cookies, pastries and quick breads.

The only AP Flour I use

Upon starting my bakery business, I immediately knew that I did not want to use flours chock full of unnecessary additives nor bleached. After searching far and wide, I stumbled across Weisenberger Mill! Since 2020/2021, this has been my only source for my Bread Flour, AP Flour and Corn Meal. Weisenberger is the best hands down!

I do a lot of baking, my own breads and crackers and cakes. Nothing tastes or performs as well as Weisenberger flours. I recommend them all. The all purpose is also a great value, by the 25 pound bag.
