I've made a couple loaves of bread and both turned out great. I just wish I lived closer to the Weisenberger mill so they didn't have to ship it to me. Worth the money. Made some Jalapeno Cheese bread with it.
My wife bakes bread every week and always uses Weisenburger flour. I can honestly say that I don’t want her to ever use a different brand! Always fresh and super tasty
I make my own bread among many other things and have always loved Weisenburger products. Made right here in midway, I love to be able to buy locally and pick up right down the road.
Long story short I used to live in Ky and get your flour all the time. I have since moved to TN but can’t find anything that compares to your flour. I had this shipped and it got here extremely fast. Thank you for an amazing product. I wish I lived closer or had a place I can buy it local. But until then I will just have it shipped.
