I buy ALL the flour for my micro-bakery at Weisenberger, 200-300 pounds at a time. I order online and pick up at the mill, driving 125 miles each way. That in itself is a pretty good sign of the quality! The staff is always pleasant and efficient, getting my order in a matter of minutes. I think Weisenberger is the best flour available in the region. My customers love the breads I make with this product.
I love this bread flour. The bread is great. We take a drive out to Midway just to buy this and other Weisenberger products like the Lemon poppy seed muffin mix.
