A blend of soft whole wheat and unbleached white bread flours brings out the best of both. The Great taste of whole wheat plus the strength of bread flour makes this the best choice for bread machine or regular recipe use. This is the flour that my grandfather used to bake bread every Saturday here at the mill. Made with whole wheat flour ground from wheat grown here in Kentucky.

I’m a KY native that moved to NY in 1989. I can’t get the same quality of mill products up here so put in an occasional order for a supply of flours & grits from Weisenberger Mill. I always receive my order promptly & find the products to be excellent. Thank you!
