A blend of soft whole wheat and unbleached white bread flours brings out the best of both. The Great taste of whole wheat plus the strength of bread flour makes this the best choice for bread machine or regular recipe use. This is the flour that my grandfather used to bake bread every Saturday here at the mill. Made with whole wheat flour ground from wheat grown here in Kentucky.

I use this for sandwich bread. Perfect flavor, bread rises beautifully.

This is a coarser darker flour than I was used to. It made bread that tasted just like wheat sandwich bread. Great value from this local mill.
