The perfect flour for authentic southern biscuits.

We have taken our plain flour and added the baking powder. If you have never tried self-rising flour, we highly recommend that you do. Our special baking powder gives more boost. Made from soft red winter wheat grown here in Kentucky. Enriched & bleached.

The protein level of this flour is around 8-8.5%.

Ingredients:  Enriched Wheat Flour, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate & Monocalcium Phosphate.

Game changer!

Honestly, after all these decades, I thought I made quite tasty biscuits. Then I happened upon this self-rising flour and realized I could achieve so much more! This flour is incredible. I wouldn't dream of using anything else. Tender, flaky, plump biscuits await when you use this flour. We are also a huge scone loving family. The first time I made my orange scones with this flour, my son took one bite, stopped dead still, and said, "These are the best scones you've ever made". I truly had no idea changing my flour would make such a big difference as I had tried many flours from other companies before. Do yourself a favor - buy this flour!
